We reflected on our shared love of Keynesian theory, the differing ways in which we’ve worked with economic theory, and its place in their relationship and in today’s society.
In this event, Elf performed a comedic slapstick lecture on ‘What Economics Is’ before handing the microphone to me for an insight into Keynes’ influence in my professional life as an economist.
The evening culminated in a reflective conversation between the two generations on Keynes, comedy and the realities of living and working as an artist and economist today.
